Very good location. Quiet area but only minutes away from the busy areas. Excellent access to BTS. Good sized rooms.

The property was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Huge suite, and lovely kind staff. Well equipped kitchen and everything in the suite was sparkling clean. I also liked that the restaurant was very modern and nicely designed. Even though the piped in my balcony choked up and flooded one evening with brown water, the engineer fixed it very quickly within 15min of calling them - pretty efficient in my view.

What is there not to like, everything was perfect. The location is in the middle of all the action where you have the malls right next to you at 10 minutes walking distance, and there is a spa at a 5 minutes walk. The breakfast even though small in size but everything was prepared to perfection and tasty. The view of the city from the rooms are breathtaking. And to top it all up the staff and especially the lady and gentlemen at the front desk Kung and Chok make sure you have an enjoyable stay at the hotel and iron out any details you need or clarification. Special thanks to dusit suites, will advise anyone to come here with their family.

We arrived the day before the earthquake. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is the best of the best. We went to the St Regis for dinner and felt the atmosphere was so uptight in comparison. We loved the pool area and the restaurant is great for breakfast. The day the earthquake happened was a devastating tragedy of epic proportion. Julie the hotel manager worked tirelessly to help all of us until the engineers cleared the building for re entry. I can not say enough about this secret gem. Oasis in the middle of chaos. True Thai hospitality and charm.
