Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri, Bangkok

Very good location. Quiet area but only minutes away from the busy areas. Excellent access to BTS. Good sized rooms.

The property was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Huge suite, and lovely kind staff. Well equipped kitchen and everything in the suite was sparkling clean. I also liked that the restaurant was very modern and nicely designed. Even though the piped in my balcony choked up and flooded one evening with brown water, the engineer fixed it very quickly within 15min of calling them - pretty efficient in my view.

I felt welcomed and valued as a guest at this imposing hotel. The staff is extremely well trained, with a very good English and an eye for personal space. Very competent staff, from the maids to the clerks and shift managers. Daily housekeeping and a very good gym! You can keep in shape on treadmills or lift weights, and then jump in the beautiful pool right next to the gym, as they're both on 2nd floor. I did not use the SPA services. Elevators ran smoothly and you can even order food on Grab and get it delivered to the hotel. Great, central location, easy to reach Central Chidlom or centralwOrld and Siam Paragon, just to name a few of their very big malls.

Definitely in the Top 5 of hotels we've stayed in. Apartment sized with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and balcony you can chill out in at the end of the day. Location is safe and not far from top attractions and shopping malls. BTS is at the corner, it connects you everywhere. The staff is wonderful! They attended to our requests almost immediately. Win and the Reception team greeted us warmly when we arrived. The welcome drinks were delicious! Keng, the Concierge, was especially helpful. We highly recommend Dusit Suites Ratchadamri! We hope to stay again when we next visit Bangkok.
